Let Us Know Who You Are...

Are you feeling lonely and alone? Or you may be disconnected and isolated even when you are surrounded by people. As women we need, no we CRAVE a SISTERHOOD! Mexican anthropologist Marcela Lagarde who says that Sisterhood is: “a friendship between women who become allies to work together, a commitment to reach goals whilst feeling free and strong together.”

We may have a family with biological sisters but have never experienced a bond of sisterhood, feeling safe, seen, validated and supported. Most women only get judgement, criticism and expectations from their families of origin, from friends colleagues in the workplace. We need to find a space with people where we feel safe. A sanctuary is where you can take refuge when seeking safety.

I have created The Sanctuary of Sisterhood as a safe place, filled with warmth, acceptance, connection and belonging. It is something we all are needing, our own TRIBE! In this online space, we will meet twice a month, the first will be to gain knowledge, skills and wisdom to empower you in your daily life to overcome limiting beliefs and challenges. The second meeting will be our support group forum where members bring real life problems and difficulties to the session and will receive therapy (from me), guidance and support (from the group) to not just survive, but to THRIVE!
