Your access to and use of Happy Confident Me website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Happy Confident Me will never ask for Credit Card details telephonically and request that you do not enter it on any of the Order forms on Happy Confident Me. If this is done please contact us immediately on shenaaz@happyconfidentme.co.za

All payments for anything on Happy Confident Me are non refundable.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent information and its potential. There is no guarantee that you will reach your required outcome in any of our workshops, courses or whatsoever offer on our site. This is entirely dependent on the person and their abilities to implement our teachings to their best ability and the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques. We cannot be held responsible for any of your actions.
